Itinerary:
In the morning, board your coach for the City Highlights Tour. Your guide will introduce you to this delightful city, which is surrounded by parklands with a blend of historic buildings, wide streets, cafés and restaurants. Learn about the statues and memorials as you travel along North Terrace, taking note of the superb architecture of this cultural precinct, in particular the State Library, the Art Gallery of South Australia, the South Australia Museum and the University of Adelaide.

Travel past the National Wine Centre, designed to look like a section of a wine barrel, Adelaide Botanic Gardens and the beautiful Botanic Park, home to the Bicentennial Conservatory and the Adelaide Zoo. Continue through historic North Adelaide, where you’ll see tree-lined streets, mansions and historic buildings. Stop and visit the iconic St Peters Cathedral or the newly developed Adelaide Oval.

Finally travel through the city's east on the way to Haigh's Chocolates Factory for a tour and tastings of this popular South Australian chocolate. Return to the city via the South Parklands, West Terrace and North Terrace.

On your return to Adelaide:
* Enjoy a scenic cruise down the River Torrens to the Adelaide Zoo on Adelaide City's iconic 'Popeye'.
* Have your chance to meet Adelaide's famous inhabitants Wang Wang and FuniTM, the resident Giant Pandas.
