Rottnest Fast Ferries & Tours:

All tours are weather permitting. All appropriate concession cards must be presented at the office prior to collecting your tickets. We have a no refund policy; however we can offer a credit note valid for one year for any cancellations that are made at least one hour prior to tour/ferry departure. Any no shows or cancellations made within one hour of departure will result in all pre-payments being forfeited. A no refund policy applies once payment has been made. Credit notes are valid for 1 year and will be issued instead of a refund.

Captain Cook Cruises (WA):

Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers. Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund. Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued. IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS' All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

The Bell Tower, Home of the Swan Bells, Perth:

•Cancellations notified 30 days or more prior to activity date » full refund is given by activity supplier; •Cancellations notified 8 days or more (but less than 30 days) prior to activity date » 50% refund is given by activity supplier; •Cancellations notified less than 8 days prior to activity date » no refund is given by activity supplier.
